Shipping and Returns
Shipping and Returns our terms are ex-factory exclusive of freight and GST. For all orders under $150.00 a 10% surcharge will apply. Dispatch of goods is normally within 2 working days of order placement. All deliveries should be examined on receipt, shortages must be reported within 3 working days, and otherwise claims will not be recognised.
No claims will be recognised after 7 days.
Credit claims will not be investigated unless accompanied by the invoice number.
Warranty Information
Swing Tags are attached to all of our products and there is a clear description of each item and its use, either Interaction or Alone play enrichment items.
The following Interaction items are not covered by the Aussiedog Warranty:
Thong Range, Turbo Chook range, Soft & Squeaky, Mitch Balls, Catch Balls, Long Balls, SAS products, Soft & squeaky and Discs.
The following Alone play enrichment items are covered by Aussiedog Warranties:
Staffy Ball
BSTB: We offer a 12 Months Warranty against destruction, not for normal wear and tear.
Tucker Balls
BTB1, BTB2, BTB3JR, BTBM: We offer a 6 Month warranty against destruction, not for normal wear and tear.
Enduro Balls
BEB1, BEB2, BEB3JR: We offer a 12 Months warranty against destruction, not normal wear and tear, Please note there is NO warranty on any Enduro Ball that has been used by a staffie!
Home Alone
We offer a 6 Month warranty against faulty workmanship only, not normal wear and tear. No other claim will be entertained.
Please note: Spare parts are available for any worn parts.
Warranty Terms
All Aussiedog products must be returned within warranty period to place of purchase with proof of receipt and warranty card at the customer's expense for a replacement only.
Guarantee "If your dog doesn't like it, your money back"!
All Aussiedog products are covered by our guarantee that "if your dog doesn't like it...your money back! The item must be returned within 1 week to place of purchase with proof of receipt and warranty card at the customer's expense. To receive a refund of the purchase price.
THE ITEM MUST BE CLEAN, WITH NO DOG DAMAGE
